1964 & 1967 Indy 500 Winners
Both were driven by A. J. Foyt for his 2nd & 3rd wins.
The 1964 car is a Watson/Offenhauser and was the last front engined car to win the 500.
The 1967 car is a Coyote/Ford. The race was dominated by Parnelli Jones in the four-wheel drive STP-Paxton gas turbine entered by car owner Andy Granatelli. With three laps to go, however, Jones coasted to a stop when a $6 transmission bearing failed.
